Update: Santa Clara Community Park

From Mark A Kosmos

The construction of the new park is almost complete, and we appreciate all the excitement around having this new community park in Santa Clara.  The paved concrete paths, and gravel trails have been built along with the parking lot, bridge, shelter, and restroom building.

Spray play is complete but remains turned off until the park opening.

There has been a delay in opening the park to the public as we address installation issues with some of the playground equipment.  We are also allowing for the general establishment of lawn and meadow areas before opening the park to heavy use.  If fencing is still up, the park remains closed to the public.  We anticipate that fencing might come down in late August.  We thank you for your understanding and patience.
