We have identified four priority areas to be addressed through this neighborhood planning project. They are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eugene-or.gov\/3558\/River-Road---Santa-Clara-Neighborhood-Pl\">Land Use Planning<\/a>: What activities, like housing, shops or parks, do we want where?
