Here are some different ways to get involved with the local CERT program. (Community Emergency Response Team).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Monthly Community Preparedness Meetings – 1st Wednesday of every month (Link to Dates, Times and Topics<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Take the Basic CERT class – Sign up here<\/a> – Link to schedule<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Monthly Northwest Quadrant Meetings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  When:<\/strong> Every second Saturday, starting March 9th<\/sup><\/strong>.
  Where:<\/strong> Emerald Park classroom
  What time:<\/strong> 10:00AM to 12:00PM

These meeting are different from the monthly CERT meetings held on Chambers and 2nd. The Northwest Quadrant meetings will be more focused on the needs of citizens living in the Eugene Northwest Quadrant (NWQ). The topics will be different as well. The first meeting will be to find out what people in the northwest quadrant are interested in learning.
