{"id":3840,"date":"2020-06-01T20:13:22","date_gmt":"2020-06-02T03:13:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/santaclaracommunity.org\/scco\/?p=3840"},"modified":"2020-06-01T20:13:22","modified_gmt":"2020-06-02T03:13:22","slug":"rent-assistance-update-applications-open-wed-june-3-at-10-am","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/santaclaracommunity.org\/scco\/rent-assistance-update-applications-open-wed-june-3-at-10-am\/","title":{"rendered":"Rent Assistance Update &#8211; Applications open Wed June 3 at 10 am"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>From: Public Information Officer Devon Ashbridge,\u00a0Lane County Government Agency<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligibility applications for rent assistance for Lane County renters open on Wednesday, June 3, at 10:00 a.m. The eligibility application is an online form that will be available at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lanecounty.org\/rent\" target=\"_blank\">www.lanecounty.org\/rent<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Find out what you need in order to apply at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lanecounty.org\/rent\" target=\"_blank\">www.lanecounty.org\/rent<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The online form will be made available on Wednesday, June 3, at 10:00 a.m. at <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lanecounty.org\/rent\" target=\"_blank\">www.lanecounty.org\/rent<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eligible households will be served on a first-come, first-served basis for expenses acquired from April 1, 2020 to the present.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> To be eligible for rent assistance, your residence must be located in Lane County, you must have an active rental agreement or lease in your name, you must be able to document a loss of income due to COVID-19 or that you are at an elevated risk of COVID-19 infection and a loss of housing would jeopardize your health.
