EWEB is requesting that customers with past-due accounts enroll in their programs that work with customers to avoid shutoffs. Effective August 10th, EWEB has returned to regular disconnect processes and are asking folks with past-due balances to either pay off the balance or enroll in a payment plan. They have both payment assistance and repayment plan<\/a> options available. You are encouraged to call their Customer Service center at 541-685-7000 to talk with someone who can help you understand what options are available to you to ensure that your utility services stay connected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is also utility payment assistance<\/a> available through Lane County at a number of local agencies, with the list opening on the first business day of the month. Contact the agency most convenient to you to find out additional information and get on their waitlist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
