In May, the Eugene City Council received the Ad Hoc Committee on Police Policy report outlining 50 recommendations for local law enforcement operations and accountability changes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The City Council would like to hear community feedback and responses to the recommendations presented in the report. Community members are invited to participate in a special public forum dedicated to this topic on July 19 at 7:30 pm. The forum will be held online. Participants will be able to access the forum and sign up to speak that night on the City\u2019s website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants are encouraged to review the report online<\/a> and share their responses to the recommendations. In addition to the full report, a two-page summary<\/a> of the recommendations is available on the website. Each participant will have 2.5 minutes to share their feedback. Community members who would like to submit written feedback can send an email to PolicePolicyAdHoc@eugene-or.gov<\/a> or through the mail to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
