New trail at Awbrey Park. this is where the north side of the trail ends at the creek. You can see the construction of the south side of the creek in the background.<\/p><\/div>\n

Neighbors and students at Awbrey Park school will have safer access to Awbrey \u00a0Park when the trail is complete and the bridge is installed.<\/p>\n

The trail will be finished\u00a0by Saturday, November 7th. \u00a0It’s also possible the footings for the brid\"trailge will be completed by that date. Drop by the park on the 7th and visit with\u00a0the Friends of Awbrey Park<\/a> from 9AM until noon..<\/p>\n

Snacks, juices and coffee will be available. \u00a0There will also be some extra gloves and tools for those who want to pull ivy, attack blackberries or otherwise play in the park.<\/p>\n

In addition, the Friends of Awbrey Park, will be glad to show native plants that you may want to use around your house.<\/p>\n
