The<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eugene-or.gov\/DocumentCenter\/View\/69860\/Neighborhood-Plan-Overview---Adoption-Phase-2023\" target=\"_blank\">formal adoption process<\/a>\u00a0will include work sessions and public hearings with both Planning Commissions, who will each form recommendations to Eugene City Council and the Lane County Board of Commissioners.
