At\u00a06:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, 2023<\/strong>, the Eugene and Lane County Planning Commissions will jointly hold a public hearing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eugene and Lane County are considering\u00a0amendments to the Eugene-Springfield Metropolitan Area General Plan (Metro Plan)<\/a>\u00a0to adopt the\u00a0River Road-Santa Clara Neighborhood Plan<\/a>\u00a0and repeal the 1987 River Road-Santa Clara Urban Facilities Plan.\u00a0Eugene is also considering\u00a0neighborhood-specific land use code amendments<\/a>\u00a0within the River Road and Santa Clara neighborhood boundaries (these changes would only apply to properties within city limits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
