Eric Carlson, chair of the Santa Clara Water Board, reviewed when the district was formed and why, its governance structure, how it is funded, what its purpose has been over time, and how it has evolved. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eric also went over how the district dovetails with other service providers such as EWEB. Eric also covers what he sees as the future of the district \u2013 its purpose, financial viability, and whether there is an eventual plan for its retirement or if it is essential moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
