A lot is going on along River Loop 2. Development of the north section of the Santa Clara Community Park is well on its way and there are the beginning phases of the restoration of the old Santa Clara schoolhouse at 990 River Loop 2. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Late last summer we adopted the grounds around the schoolhouse to plant some flowering items out front and begin the process of showing the site a bit of care.  We are now responsible for the upkeep of a prescribed area around the schoolhouse so it seems the opportune moment to create a GROUNDS TEAM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will be expanding the planting area, providing more plants, and we will be mowing the grass within our adoption borders, probably every two weeks, for the foreseeable future. If you\u2019d like to join us in performing this work please respond to this email, or respond to me directly at fccf@efn.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll get started pronto\u2026.it\u2019ll be great fun. We have a brief work party tentatively planned for March 22nd at 2 PM, though we”ll probably need to mow before then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
