LTD Board to hear recommended changes on October 16th

From LTD:

Over the last year, you provided an essential service to your community by participating in Lane Transit District’s System Review. Your work included completing a comprehensive survey that asked participants to prioritize service improvements, reviewed recommendations, or attended workshops and presentations hosted by LTD and consultants from Nelson-Nygaard.

LTD is so grateful for your time and effort!

The overwhelming majority of the 3,000+ survey responses requested more frequency and 86% of survey respondents were supportive of the recommendations. The short- and long-term service recommendations will increase frequency on nearly all metro and rural routes and will provide more consistent service on major corridors. These changes mean LTD and our partners will continue to provide effective and efficient service to the communities we serve.

LTD’s Board of Directors will meet on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, to hear the service recommendations and vote on their approval. The recommended changes and materials for the Board packet can be found on LTD’s Event Calendar. To provide comments, you can attend the Board meeting in person, by Zoom (link on event calendar), or in writing by emailing Clerk@LTD.org.
