During our February 7 review of the SCCO’s 2018 ongoing projects, questions were asked about the status of ODOT’s plans for Beltline near Santa Clara.
There is a video of the plans for the Delta Highway/Beltline Highway interchange plan at https://www.oregon.gov/odot/projects/pages/project-details.aspx?project=19490. Final designs will be completed in 2019. Construction is expected to begin in 2020
There is also a document with proposed plans for the section of Beltline from the Willamette River to River Road. You can find the document here.
