Hello Bluebaggers! Bayou the greyhound says: “Save those bags!”

Between November 15 – December 1 we are eligible for a 20% match on all funds raised through OR10¢ deposit containers using blue bags, or online donations from BottleDrop Green Bag accounts.

If you currently have full bags (blue or otherwise) and you’d like them picked up, email bluebag@santaclaracommunityfoundation.org, or give Tim a call at 541-689-8897. (You can also request fresh blue bags, too.) We’ll be collecting bags and holding them until Nov. 15th, when we can get that extra 20%.

Remember, you can deposit full bags yourself at any of the Bottledrop drop-off points around town during that time-frame. Just scan the white QR code sticker on the blue bag, the door will open, and you can deliver your bag! Easy peasy, and Bayou thanks you!

P.S. If you are into social media, post yourselves with one or more blue bags, do a shout-out to the Santa Clara Community Foundation, and use hashtags #HolidayGive2026 and #BottleDropGive and tag @oregonbottledrop (Instagram & Facebook) during the Give! dates. We could win additional cash prizes! (Bayou was a proud winner for us a couple years ago.)
