The app is intended to provide an estimate of the change in property taxes resulting from annexation to the City of Eugene. The scope of this tool includes properties within the River Road, Santa Clara and Industrial Corridor neighborhoods which are located inside the Eugene Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) but outside the Eugene city limits.
