From Eugene District 4J:

Let’s talk about student success! New funding is coming to Oregon schools, and we want to hear from staff about how to best support student success.

This spring the Oregon Legislature and Governor approved the Student Success Act (HB 3427). This is a historic and much needed investment in K–12 schools. Eugene School District 4J is expected to receive about $12 million per year (about a 5% increase to the general fund budget) starting with the 2020–21 school year.

In September, the district gathered input from families, staff and other community members to assess current needs. Now, in a second phase in November, the district will seek input on potential investments to support student success. Your input will help guide the district’s investment plan for student success.
