Santa Clara Community Park Madison Middle School – 35 acres,  Partially developed. Phase I complete.

Recap: Phase 1 to begin construction in 2023.  Construction started in April 2024, with plans to open in early 2025.  The park had a soft opening in late August of 2025.  YouTube video of park plans can be found here.
