Surveys, Surveys, Surveys.
At a recent Parks and Recreation Open House, some of the city employees said that hadn’t received much input from the Santa Clara community.  Here are several surveys covering different topics….

Eugene Parks and Recreation Survey
parkWe really need Santa Clara input on this survey.  If  you want more neighborhood parks developed (only 3 of 7 are developed), want a community center built by Madison Middle School, want a dog park, soft trail paths and  better bike/ped paths; here’s your chance to give input.  This is a well designed survey and easy to complete.  It also has a lot of opportunity to write in your opinions.  Eugene Parks System Survey

LTD  – The Moving Ahead project survey
moving-ahead-logoWe had a good turnout for the Moving Ahead meeting at North Eugene a few months ago.  One of the requests some of us made was to extend the transit plan to the old Ray’s market rather than to the old Santa Clara school site.

It looks like we were listened to.  The most recent revision has the improvements extended to Irvington Drive.  Please take a look at the revised plan and give your feedback.  You may still want to push the improvements to the old Ray’s (now U-Haul), especially with all of the new housing in the old filbert orchard.
