Please download, print, and fill out the application below to be considered for the Santa Clara Community Foundation Board of Directors. You may take a picture of the completed and signed application form and email it to sccf@santaclaracommunity.org. SCCO’s SCCF Board Nominating Committee will review your application and submit qualified applicants to the SCCO Board for selection. We are in need of at least 5 initial board members and may have up to 15 members. You need not be a SCCO neighborhood association member, or even a Santa Clara resident to serve on the board of this non-profit organization. We are looking for any and all qualified applicants. Please submit your interest and qualifications today.
