Due to the expected freezing temperatures this Saturday, the Friends of Awbrey Park have decided to postpone our January first Saturday of the month work party.
We will now be meeting at Awbrey Park on Sunday, January 10th from 10a-1pm
This will be a volunteer work party not to be missed! The new bridge and trail is now complete, allowing easy and safe access from the neighborhood behind the park. We will be planting hundreds of native plants along the new trail and near the bridge.
The new bridge is a huge improvement for our little park and we hope you will be able to join us in taking this final step in the process.
When: Sunday, January 10th
Different Time: 10am – 1pm
All tools, gloves & snacks provided by the City of Eugene Park Stewards Program
*Rain or Shine – but not freezing weather
