Leaburg Canal - Strategic Evaluation Update

The second video posted from our November SCCO meeting is a presentation by our Social Justice Committee. The topic is The Racial Wealth Gap in America. For most people, family wealth is acquired through property ownership and passed on down through the generations. However, for generations, Blacks have been discriminated against in housing. Just this year a Warren Buffet owned mortgage company was fined $24.4 million for intentionally discriminating against Blacks and Hispanic families in the Philadelphia area.
