Videos from SCCO meeting about Seneca’s application to increase hazardous pollution

There are two videos from the July 7 SCCO meeting regarding Seneca Sustainable Energy’s request to change their permit to allow Seneca to release more pollutants.

The first video is a presentation by Lisa Arkin of Beyond Toxics. Lisa reviews what Beyond Toxics has been able to find out about the Seneca permit application as well as next steps. View the presentation here.

The second video is a presenation by Travis Knudsen from LRAPA. Travis explains the permitting process and how people can challenge a proposed permit. You can view the video here.

Video Presentation of proposed arterial bridge over the Willamette linking Greenacres with Beaver

Here is a link to the presentation about the proposed arterial bridge over the Willamette River that would link Greenacres Avenue to roughly the Beaver and Division area. The SCCO board voted to support the arterial bridge project. The general membership will vote on the proposal at the next meeting where there are at least 10 general members present.
